Administration Assistant

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to work with our Finance Team in our Head Office at Glebe.  You will take responsibility of managing customer information, basic calculations and reconciliation of customer accounts.  This is a hands-on role where you will proactively support both Sales and Marketing by ensuring the efficient and timely completion of your responsibilities.
 
You will have excellent attention to detail, take pride in meeting your commitments and have well developed written and verbal communication skills.  You will also possess proficient computer skills and be an enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn new skills.
