Administration AssistantYou will enjoy working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team who is keen to provide a strong customer service focus in the area of customer complaints. You will be capable of multi-tasking, whilst producing accurate work, and should thrive on challenges. Your main responsibilities will be dealing with customer complaints, data entry and general clerical duties.

We are seeking a flexible can do person who is passionate and confident when dealing with others. There are some planned efficiencies to be gained within this role that will allow you to broaden your skill base and deal with product investigations as part of your normal duties.
Applicants will have an administrative background with proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to touch type and experience using databases will be well regarded. To succeed in this role you will need excellent time management skills, demonstrated interpersonal qualities and communication skills. Previous experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry while not essential would assist you in performing your duties. The successful applicant will work 38 hours per week during core business hours.
